We’re looking for talented video editors experienced in YouTube talking-head content to join our remote editing team.

The goal is to turn raw talking-head footage into engaging, high-retention YouTube videos with smooth pacing, clean motion graphics, and purposeful sound design.

What You’ll Work On

Long-form YouTube videos in the business, education, and storytelling niches

Editing that focuses on clarity, pacing, and engagement, not flashy effects

Adding text, simple animations, and b-roll that match the message

Structuring videos for strong hooks and consistent viewer attention

Requirements

Experience editing YouTube talking-head videos (please include samples)

Strong storytelling and pacing sense

Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)

Good communication and time management

Reliable internet and hardware for consistent delivery
