I’m a creator in the poker vlog niche looking for a long-term editor so I can spend more time filming and shaping stories. I aim to upload 2–4 long-form vlogs each month, consistently reach 100k+ views, and grow the channel past 100k subs.

Most vlogs open with a 30–90 second story-led intro, followed by 10–30 minutes of poker hands.

What you’ll receive

• A-roll for the intro (on-camera or VO)

• B-roll (mixed between mine and what you source)

• Individual clips for each poker hand with audio

• Existing graphics/HUD assets

What you’ll do

• Shape each vlog so the story is clear and easy to follow

• Sync poker actions to VO accurately

• Add overlays for cards, board, pot sizes, and villain actions

• Lightly polish audio and keep pacing smooth

• Use provided HUD assets (or create cleaner ones for an added, one-time fee)

• Optional: help with thumbnail ideas or thumbnail design

This is a remote role. We’ll start with one vlog at a time and build from there.

Ideal fit

You likely:

• Edit in DaVinci Resolve (highly preferred)

• Have experience with long-form YouTube, vlogs, or gaming-style storytelling

• Think about rhythm and clarity rather than just trimming gaps

• Can add text, simple animations, and time graphics to VO cleanly

• Can take direction early on, then grow into more creative decisions

• Bonus: have some familiarity with poker or the willingness to learn basic concepts

Requirements

• DaVinci Resolve preferred (Fusion/basic motion skills are helpful)

• Reliable internet for large files

• First cut within ~5–7 days of receiving assets

• Comfortable with 1–2 rounds of notes

• Open to a paid test edit on a shorter segment

• 18+

Pay

$300–$500 per completed vlog (20–35 minutes), depending on experience, with room for rate growth as the workflow develops.
