Content-Savvy Decision Maker: You don’t just edit—you comprehend. You know when to trim redundant examples, select engaging b-roll, and craft cohesive narratives that captivate and educate.

Master of Pacing: You understand the rhythm of educational videos, maintaining interest and engagement without overloading the audience.

Technical Excellence: From experience with motion graphics. jump cuts, J-cuts, and L-cuts to syncing audio flawlessly, font pairing, and creating smooth transitions, you nail the fundamentals every time.

AI Enthusiast (Bonus): If you’re familiar with the AI world, you’ve already earned extra points.

Who You Are:

- You’re an EXPERIENCED, proactive YouTube video editor who thrives on autonomy and can confidently make creative decisions.

- Your meticulous attention to detail ensures every frame serves the bigger picture.

- You’re consistent from video to video. If we have to continue giving you the same feedback over and over and over, we’re not a good fit.

- You can handle two videos per week (we are moving to 2x per week by end of Q1).
