Job Responsibilities
Develop, execute and present creative work.
Brainstorm ideas and be a creative partner in developing concepts.
Work with assistants to initiate set up, organize, prep and archive projects.
Meticulous with organization and archival processes and help improve on those processes when needed.
Juggle multiple projects at one time.
Collaborate with FCB NY Production, Creative, Account and New Business teams to create “Never Finished” work.
Interest in working on Client and Internal creative projects including case studies.
Partner with Post Producers and Agency Producers to make sure you meet deadlines and deliverables.
Deliver work that is competitive with the industry.
Quality control all assets and stay up to date on best practices and industry standards.
Give direction and mentor junior editors/ animators to help develop their skills.
Job Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as an editor in a studio environment.
Hands-on experience working with creative teams and feedback.
Strong interpersonal skills: able to work alongside various people and discipline.
Strong customer service ethos: committed to quality and the will to continually drive improvement.
Effective communicator—able to communicate with agency staff and clients both verbally and in writing, as well as being a good listener.
Committed to high standards of excellence and integrity.
Self-confident—able to project and instill confidence in others and mentor junior editors/animators.
Self-starter—able to anticipate needs and act without direction.
Inquisitive—exhibit genuine interest in advertising and eager to learn and ask questions.

Other Information
The New York City Pay Transparency Law requires employers in New York City to disclose the following information. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual salaries will vary and be based on various factors including but not limited to budgetary and market consideration, as well as an applicant’s background experience, pertinent/specialty experience, qualifications, and tenure in role/similar role.
