Full-time After Effects video editor
US-based YouTube agency
Specializes in creating and growing YouTube channels for companies
Average 1 long-form video and 4-6 short-form videos per week
Starting pay: $1,500-$2,500 USD per month (depending on skill level)
After Effects plugins provided (worth $500)
Envato and Storyblocks subscriptions paid for
Job Responsibilities
Translate videos from English to Spanish
After Effects video editing tasks
Color grading
Trimming
Audio post-production
Planning visuals
Finding footage and imagery
Using motion graphic templates
Creating custom animations
Transitions
Editing music and sound effects
Strategic editing for engagement
Training provided on company processes and plugins

Job Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish, with advanced English proficiency
Available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
Willing to work on weekends when necessary
Available to start in the next two weeks
Advanced After Effects skills: 3D, Rotoscoping, Masking, Motion tracking, Keying, Expressions
Have a “design eye”: the ability to create and follow aesthetic branding guidelines

Highly responsive, Proactive, constantly looking for ways to improve, Self-directed, you don’t require micromanaging .Self-sufficient, good at solving your own problems
Must be a fluent or native Spanish speaker, and you must have at least professional proficiency in English.
We do advanced motion graphic work in After Effects, so your computer will need to be powerful enough to render videos in a reasonable timeframe.
The M1 Max MacBook Pro with at least 32GB of RAM (or an equally powerful machine) is necessary.
