Job Description

I'm currently seeking a long form (8-13 minute) video editor for my channel Your Driver Mike which talks about the gig economy and different side hustles.

This role will work directly with myself on a regular basis. You must be able to follow brand guidelines and editing frameworks but also will be encouraged to expand our content for higher retention, engagement and more.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is able to work under strict deadlines and 24-48 hour turnaround times. You are creative, reliable and are ready to work both independently and as part of a team.

North American time zones preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Strong proven experience in video editing is a must (Final Cut Pro preferred but not mandatory), experience with motion graphics and Photoshop highly desired.
Must be familiar with S-log footage, color grading and general sound design. Ability to attend meetings via Zoom and correspond regularly.
Candidates must be fluent in: English
Minimum years of experience in related fields: 3+ Years
