• Quota of 6+ shorts per week

• We're looking for someone who can blend the art of storytelling with the rhythm of viral content.

• You'll take our YT videos, podcasts, and interviews and chop them down into viral shorts for YT, Instagram, and TikTok.

• I am looking for someone with a PROVEN TRACK RECORD (proof of views) creating viral shorts in the past.

• You must understand how to create a great hook and have an excellent sense of pacing and flow to your work. You should be a strong communicator, can hit deadlines, and track your work.

Looking for editors who want to grow with us and work on a team. We run a start-up teaching filmmakers how to use Unreal Engine so there's lots of room for growth if you're willing to work long term

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a candidate to be responsible, manage their time, be in frequent communication, learn and grow overtime, and most importantly - enjoy the role of video editing.

To exceed our expectations, a candidate must be highly accountable and submit drafts far before the deadline. They must also be able to take criticism extremely well, and use it as a motivation to improve the quality and consistency of their editing skills.

Qualifications

• Premiere Pro + After Effects + Descript (descript is easy to learn!)

• PST-EST timezone preferred

• Language Requirements

• Candidates must be fluent in: English

• Minimum years of experience in related fields: 1+ Years
