Job Description

Creating long-form YouTube videos 3-20 minutes in length on a weekly to biweekly basis.
Creating Instagram reels
Creating TikTok videos
Creating Facebook videos
Creating product tutorial videos
Creating videos for online courses
Staying up to date with video editing trends on all platforms
Identifying vegetable and fruit plants in footage
Hand-editing and producing SRT files for closed captioning
Managing an extensive B-roll catalog via Kyno
Stabilizing footage using Sony Catalyst
Locating and acquiring stock music, photos, and video
Crediting music, photo, and video creators as required
Creating screen recordings
Collaborating on scripts and shot lists via Google Docs
Attending a weekly/biweekly Zoom team meeting
Generating video ideas based on existing footage
Advising on film technique and equipment
Advising on video editing workflow
Uploading video content to YouTube and social media platforms
Meeting deadlines
Communicating promptly with team members via Monday.com

Job Responsibitilies

Filming B-roll of plants and your garden (credited and paid)
Creating 3D animations in Blender or SketchUp
Writing shot lists
Designing video thumbnails via InDesign or Photoshop
Creating static images from footage for blogs and social media
