Job Description

This position will collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and produce compelling video and motion graphic content for a variety of clients and projects. You'll be responsible for the entire production process, from concept development to editing and final delivery. You'll also need to stay up-to-date on current sports culture and trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop creative video and motion graphic concepts

• Manage all aspects of the production process (sourcing content, editing, creating visual effects)

• Design and create motion graphics, including bumpers, logo stings, and chyrons

• Perform sound design and post-production tasks

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Create visually dynamic and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines

• Conduct research to stay informed on current design trends and brand-specific needs

• Collaborate with various departments within the agency to create content for talent, brands, and properties

• Maintain a strong understanding of sports culture and trends

• Qualifications

• Design degree or 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics

• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a sports-related field

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Knowledge of video and audio equipment (cameras, lighting, recording)

• Strong organizational and file management skills

• Ability to connect with diverse audiences

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Working knowledge of sports culture and trends
